Every price on this site, including everything the trip planner produces, is indicative. It is generated by our own rate engine from contracted and published rates for the dates, party size and travel style you entered. It is not a quotation, not an offer, and not a booking.
Actual pricing is confirmed in writing by us against live availability. Hotel rates, airfares and rail fares move continuously; a figure you saw yesterday may not be purchasable today. A written quotation from us holds for seven days, subject to availability at the moment you confirm.

The day-by-day plans this site produces are realistic working drafts built from our own destination data, including genuine drive distances and durations. They are a starting point for a conversation, not an operational document. Sequence, timings and specific inclusions are finalised when you book.
Imagery and artwork
The scenic artwork throughout this site is generated illustration, created from each destination's own colour palette and landscape character. It is intended to convey the feel of a place. It is not a photograph, and it does not depict any specific hotel room, vehicle, view or property you will receive. Where photographs appear, they are representative of the destination and not necessarily of the exact property or service booked for you.
Destination information
Facts on this site — best seasons, drive times, airport and railway codes, opening arrangements, permit requirements, hotel names and activity costs — are compiled with care and reviewed regularly. They can nonetheless become outdated. Monuments close, parks change safari rules, roads shut for the season, and properties change hands.
Before you travel, we confirm everything material to your specific booking. Do not rely on this website alone for a decision that matters — ask us and we will check.

Airlines, Indian Railways, hotels, transport operators, guides and activity providers are independent businesses. We select them with care and we are responsible for the services we provide ourselves, but we do not control their operations, their schedules or their conditions of carriage.
