The better 3 star properties — newer, more central, larger rooms. Breakfast and dinner, same private vehicle throughout.
Best value
3–4 star, the better rooms in the better part of town. Where most of our bookings land, and for good reason.
Just the two of you
Classic stays in the better room category, plus flower bed decoration on arrival, a cake and a toast, and one private candlelight dinner. The days start later and carry fewer stops, because that is the point.
Elevated stays
4–5 star and boutique properties, all meals, a licensed guide on sightseeing days, preferred flight timings rather than whatever was cheapest.

Straight about the price
What is not in the number
Monument entry tickets, paid activities and travel insurance are never bundled into a Vannu price. We route your sightseeing and drive you to every gate, but you pay the entry fee on the day — and your brochure tells you roughly what that will come to. Insurance we sell separately, quoted on its own line, because bundling it hides what it costs.

Before you ask
The questions we get most
Is the price on screen the real price?
Yes. It includes hotels, meals as stated, all ground transport, entry tickets,
tolls, parking, driver allowance, assistance cover and GST. Airfare or rail is included if you asked
for it. The exclusions list on your brochure spells out what sits outside — personal expenses,
camera fees at certain monuments, anything not written into the day plan.
How small or large a group do you take?
Two travellers minimum, fifty maximum. Vehicle class, guide and escort scale
automatically with the headcount, and groups of fifteen or more get a Vannu escort travelling with
them end to end.
Can I travel by train instead of flying?
Yes, and for a lot of routes we would recommend it. Choose “By train”
in the planner and we price confirmed berths in Sleeper, 3AC, 2AC or First AC depending on your travel
style, then handle the booking and send you the PNR and live-running link.
What if I want to change something after the brochure?
Tell us what to change — a different hotel band, an extra night, a slower
pace, a birthday to build around. We rework it and send a fresh brochure the same day. Nothing is
locked until you pay the confirmation amount.
