The travel arm of CareStop India. We plan trips across India for families, couples and companies, and we quote them completely before anyone pays us anything.
Who we are
A booking desk that answers
CareStop India has spent years moving people who had no choice about travelling — patients and their families coming to Indian hospitals from across the country and abroad. That work teaches you a particular discipline: the transfer has to be there, the room has to be ready, and somebody has to pick up the phone at two in the morning.
Vannu Tours applies the same discipline to travel people choose. Same registered company, same operations team, same phone number. The difference is that now the reason for the trip is a good one.
We quote in full, first
Most operators lead with a headline number and reveal the rest later. We do the opposite. Before you pay anything you have the day plan, the line-by-line cost, the hotel band and a genuinely specific exclusions list.
We build itineraries that survive contact
Our day plans carry real drive times. If a leg is four hours it says four hours, and we will tell you when what you are asking for does not fit in the days you have.
We are a real registered business
GST registered, PAN on file, a physical office on SG Highway in Ahmedabad and proper tax invoices your company can reclaim against.

Four principles, applied stubbornly
The price is the price
Tolls, parking, driver allowance, monument tickets, porterage and taxes are inside the number. If something genuinely cannot be included, it is on the exclusions list in words you can act on.
Say the awkward thing early
If your dates are wrong for that destination, if six cities in seven days will ruin the holiday, if the cheap option will annoy you — we would rather say it now than have you find out there.
Book what we can control
We own the ground: vehicles, drivers, transfers, entries, guides. Where we are dependent on an airline or a railway, we say so and we give you the tools to track it yourself.
Be reachable
One number, staffed by people who know your booking. On-trip, we answer at odd hours, because that is when things go wrong.
