Air desk
Flights, on enquiry
We are not a fare-comparison site and we do not pretend to be. What we do is hold seats for groups, negotiate series allocations, and get corporate travellers on the flight they actually need to be on. Tell us the sector and we come back with real options.
What we handle
Four kinds of air booking
Individual & family tickets
Ticketed and managed by a person, not a chatbot. Useful when the itinerary is complicated, the traveller is elderly, or someone needs to be rebooked at 6am on a Sunday.
Group bookings, 10 seats and up
Group fares are held under a block with a deposit and a name-list deadline, which means the price does not move underneath you while you are still collecting passport details.
Series & charter allocations
For repeat departures on the same sector — pilgrimage groups, student tours, seasonal packages. We hold inventory across the season rather than buying it week by week.
Corporate air contracts
Negotiated corporate deals with the carriers you fly most, a managed booking desk, monthly consolidated invoicing and full GST credit. More on corporate.
Reissues, refunds & disruption
Cancelled flight, missed connection, schedule change three days out. We chase the airline so your team does not have to sit in a call queue.
Visa & documentation support
Guidance on visa categories, appointment slots, OCI and passport validity rules for international sectors. We advise; the consulate decides.
How pricing works
Why we quote rather than display
Airline inventory moves by the hour and group inventory is not published at all. A number on a web page would be out of date before you read it. So we check live, quote you a firm figure with a validity window, and tell you plainly when waiting is likely to cost you money.
- Carrier, flight numbers, timings and connection times
- All-in fare per passenger including taxes and our service fee
- Baggage allowance and what excess costs on that carrier
- Deposit needed to hold, and the name-list deadline
- Change and cancellation rules in plain language
Individual sectors, same day. Group and series enquiries usually within one working day, because we have to go to the airline for a rate.
Ask for fares
The more you tell us, the more useful the first reply is. Nothing here commits you to anything.
