What we run

Airport transfers

Meet-and-greet at arrivals, flight tracked so a delay does not mean a no-show, and a fixed price agreed before the journey rather than a meter you have to argue with.

Employee transport

Fixed routes, fixed pickup windows, monthly billing per seat or per vehicle. Shift transport including night duty with the safety protocols that requires.

Monthly vehicle contracts

A vehicle and driver assigned to your office for 8/12 hours a day with a kilometre allowance, billed monthly. The standard arrangement for visiting management.

Outstation & intercity

One way or round trip anywhere from Gujarat, and pan-India on request. Driver allowance, tolls and state permits included in the quote, not sprung on you at the border.

Event & group movement

Wedding parties, conference delegates, factory visits. Multiple vehicles moving in waves with a coordinator managing the manifest.

Tour vehicles

Every Vannu tour includes a private air-conditioned vehicle and driver for the whole trip — not just transfers. That is already inside your package price.

Groups above 50 are split across multiple vehicles with a lead coordinator. Hill and desert routes use vehicles specified for that terrain, which is why those rates differ.

How cab pricing works

What does “8 hours / 80 km” mean?

It is the standard local duty package in India: the vehicle is yours for eight hours and eighty kilometres from garage to garage. Beyond that, extra hours and extra kilometres are charged at a rate we tell you in advance.

Are tolls and parking extra?

Not in our quotes. Tolls, state permits, parking and the driver's allowance are built into the figure we give you. If a route has an unusual charge — a border permit, a hill tax — we say so up front rather than at the barrier.

What happens on outstation round trips?

Round trips are billed on total kilometres run with a minimum per day, plus the driver's night allowance. One-way drops carry a return-empty component, which is why a one-way journey is rarely half the price of a round trip.

Can I get a monthly invoice for my company?

Yes. Contract customers are billed monthly against a purchase order, cost-centre coded where you need it, with a proper GST invoice under GSTIN 24AAWFC0426C1ZS so your company can claim input credit.
